Cuenta de pokerstars en Holanda bloqueada
Hola.
Por motivos de trabajo llevo unos meses en Holanda, y como no me dejan jugar al pokerstars allí con mi cuenta española, decidí crear una cuenta en Holanda, que si comparte el juego con otros muchos paises. El caso es que pude crear la cuenta y depositar dinero en ella, pero al poco tiempo, me bloquearon la cuenta. Ahora me solicitan una documentación que no tengo, como cuenta bancaria en holanda o vivienda en propiedad. No me permiten retirar el deposito ni las ganancias. ¿Si no puedo jugar allí, por que si puedo depositar dinero en pokerstars? ¿Hay alguna solución para esto?

What documents are acceptable of proof of address?
We accept the following proofs of address:
- Gas, water, electric, cable TV or phone bill - no older than three months
- Bank statement - no older than three months
- Credit card statement - no older than three months
- Household or motor insurance certificate (no older than 12 months).
* Please note that documents may vary by country. The document must show the name and address of the addressee as well as the date of issue.
What must I do to change the registered country in my PokerStars account?
To change the country registered in your PokerStars account, we kindly ask you to upload via the PokerStars Client a copy of your government issued ID and a valid proof of address showing your name and address in the new country of residence.
To upload your documents please follow the instructions below:
- Log into your account via the PokerStars Client.
- Navigate to ‘Help’ > ‘Contact Support / Upload Documents’.
- In the pop-up screen that will appear select ‘Security’ and the ‘Documents’ sub-category
- Browse to files on your computer and upload them directly to us.
- Please ensure you specify ‘Change of Country’ in the Subject line, and that you include the reasons for your request in the body of the message.
